Welcome to the Paybump Affiliate Program ("Program"). These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as Paybump's general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Paybump Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your continued participation in the Program signifies your ongoing acceptance of the Terms and any future updates to them.
2. Program Overview
The Paybump Affiliate Program enables individuals who have been approved to earn commissions by referring new customers to Paybump using unique tracking links. Affiliates may promote Paybump through various ethical marketing methods, encouraging new users to subscribe to Paybump's services. Participation is intended to be mutually beneficial and supportive of both Paybump's growth and the affiliate's business.
3. Eligibility & Enrollment
The Program is open to individuals globally, subject to Paybump's manual approval process. Paybump retains sole discretion in accepting or rejecting applications to ensure the integrity and quality of the Program. Self-referrals, where an affiliate refers themselves to gain personal discounts or commissions, are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and authenticity within the Program and to ensure that referrals represent genuine new customer acquisition.
4. Referral Tracking & Attribution
Referral activity is tracked through browser cookies, which remain active for 60 days from the initial click on an affiliate's tracking link. The affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before a conversion will receive credit for the referral. Tracking relies on browser technology and cookie functionality, and while Paybump makes every effort to ensure accuracy, it is not liable for any technical limitations or disruptions that may impact tracking or attribution.
5. Commissions & Payment
Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on both monthly and annual subscription plans, calculated based on the actual sale price after discounts. Commissions are paid monthly through PayPal, provided that the affiliate has met the $25 minimum payout threshold. To ensure the accuracy of commission payments and to account for potential cancellations or refunds, payouts are subject to a 30-day delay from the date of the customer’s payment. Paybump is committed to fair and timely payment processes for all approved affiliates.
6. Affiliate Obligations & Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to uphold Paybump's brand reputation by engaging in honest, professional, and ethical marketing. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as official Paybump representatives or make any false claims about Paybump's services, including guarantees of job placement or earnings. The use of Paybump's trademarks in paid advertising, including search engine ads, is prohibited unless expressly authorized. Paid advertising that directs traffic to Paybump.com without written consent is also not allowed. Affiliates are encouraged to use Paybump's provided promotional assets or create original content that aligns with the company's brand values.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use Paybump's logos, graphics, and other marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. These materials remain the property of Paybump and may not be altered, repurposed, or used inappropriately. Affiliates must respect the integrity of Paybump's intellectual property and use it only in ways that reflect positively on the brand.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive access to non-public information, including new product launches, promotional strategies, and internal business updates. Such information must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than promoting Paybump through the Affiliate Program. By participating, affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared with them.
9. Termination & Suspension
Paybump reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, violation of these Terms, brand misrepresentation, or engagement in prohibited marketing activities. Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and decisions regarding suspension or termination are made at Paybump’s sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Paybump is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to participation in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates join and participate in the Program at their own risk, and Paybump's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Program will not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate in question.
11. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paybump, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to their participation in the Program or any breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction.
13. Modifications
Paybump reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
